DryOxy Premium Drycleaning understands that plans may change. Customers may request cancellation subject to the following terms.
Customers may cancel a pickup request without charge before a pickup executive has been assigned or dispatched.
Once garments have been collected, cancellation requests may attract pickup, handling, transportation, and inspection charges.

In such cases, the customer shall remain liable for the full service charges.
If pickup or delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, DryOxy reserves the right to charge additional logistics or re-attempt fees.
Orders placed under promotional offers, subscription plans, package deals, coupons, or special discounts may not be eligible for cancellation after confirmation.
DryOxy reserves the right to cancel any order if the pickup or delivery location falls outside our operational service area.
DryOxy shall not be responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, government actions, transportation disruptions, or events beyond reasonable control.
