Refund Policy

At DryOxy Premium Drycleaning, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of laundry and dry cleaning services, refunds are governed by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service-Based Business

DryOxy provides professional laundry, dry cleaning, steam ironing, shoe cleaning, and garment care services. Once a garment enters the cleaning, processing, ironing, packaging, or delivery stage, the service is considered rendered and becomes non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same order.
  • Payment received but service could not be provided by DryOxy.
  • Order cancelled by DryOxy before processing begins.
  • Incorrect amount charged due to technical or billing errors.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Garments have already entered the cleaning process.
  • Customer changes their mind after pickup.
  • Customer is dissatisfied with stain removal where stain removal was not guaranteed.
  • Minor color fading caused by fabric condition.
  • Manufacturer defects, weak fabric, or pre-existing damage.
  • Express service charges or special treatment charges.
  • Customer unavailable for delivery after service completion.

4. Re-Cleaning Policy

If a customer believes a garment has not been cleaned satisfactorily, DryOxy may offer one complimentary re-cleaning attempt instead of a refund. The decision shall be at the sole discretion of DryOxy management.

5. Refund Review Process

All refund requests are subject to inspection and internal review. DryOxy reserves the right to approve, partially approve, or reject any refund request based on findings.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original payment method wherever possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

DryOxy's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.

Under no circumstances shall DryOxy be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
