DryOxy Policies
At DryOxy Premium Drycleaning, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of laundry and dry cleaning services, refunds are governed by the following terms and conditions.
DryOxy provides professional laundry, dry cleaning, steam ironing, shoe cleaning, and garment care services. Once a garment enters the cleaning, processing, ironing, packaging, or delivery stage, the service is considered rendered and becomes non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:
If a customer believes a garment has not been cleaned satisfactorily, DryOxy may offer one complimentary re-cleaning attempt instead of a refund. The decision shall be at the sole discretion of DryOxy management.
All refund requests are subject to inspection and internal review. DryOxy reserves the right to approve, partially approve, or reject any refund request based on findings.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original payment method wherever possible.
DryOxy's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
Under no circumstances shall DryOxy be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
